Wrexham Pandora - I worked here for 3 months - no training - manageress stole big sales - lied - refused access to HR department - tried to leave after 6 weeks but begged to stay - nothing changed still bullied except when i was spending my wages on their products - being told to say to all customers their clothes were nice and where did they get them from I am 18 so showing interest in older peoples clothes looked odd - eventualy I had enough and asked for my hours to be kept at the contract hours of 16 - I was doing well in sales and had a chance at a £700 sale and this was stolen from me by the manageress - 2 weeks later I was then told I had failed in all tasks set and never ever reached a target - and yes let go - so please be aware if you recieve bad customer service remember the staff are treated a lot worse - I have around £2000 worth of Pandora jewellery purchased over the last 6 years and to be honest it makes me feel sick knowing I had gone form an avid collector to a devestated employee - the say never meet your heros ???? shame on Pandora all the bad managers need to read your core values again. I leave the Wrexham showroom with my head held high knowing i was a good sales person just had the misfortune of a managerss out of her depth and no people skills
