I have been enjoying using Parallels. I made the switch to Parallels and was delighted to find my Windows 10 VM felt more responsive and my laptop fan no longer spends all it's time on high trying to cool my cpu. My MacBook Pro is the 2015 model so it's not new but it still manages to do all that I need and having condensed my physical Windows 10 PC into a VM it means I can now take two machines with me everywhere I go. This also translates to a power-saving in my home office because I can turn off the old Windows 10 PC that is now running in Parallels in my MacBook.I tried virtualization a few times but always gave up when I could not stop my laptop fan running at high speed constantly. I almost gave up when a friend said that they didn't have that problem using Parallels. To be clear, my laptop fan will ramp up from time to time but it doesn't stay on high constantly as it did with other virtualisation products. I've also started to explore all the little tools that come bundled with the Parallels subscription. Good value for money.Well done Parallels.
