No more PayPalith…

Up till now I have trusted PayPal with all the payment I made online. I will not use them again. I am sight impaired, but needed a new hanbag and went to Lightinthebox (now site closed) to purchase the baag. I did not notice because of my eyesight another item in my cart, an XL camisole in my cart. When the items arrived I saw the camisole in the package and when I checked the Bag one of the zips was faulty so I tried to contact the company with no luck so lodged a claim with PayPal. I was asked to return the item so I wrapped it up in the same bag it arrived in, an address in Botany Bay with tracking and signature required, but the compant required I send it to Chine after I had posted the items. They have offered me 2-3 times 30% of purchase price. This has been going on foe nearly 2 months and PayPal do not give me any updates, they just keep changing the case active dates. I am sick of this. I am dissatisfied with PayPals hamdling of this, they are apparently working on favouring the company and have now sent a replica of the order which I no longer want the bag and certainly never wanted a camisole that I never put in my cart but paid for. I am glad they have closed, they were far more expensive than the site I replaced with. And I will not use PayPal again because I have lost all trust in them.
