PayPal is surreal. They are the worst and most dishonest company on the planet. Please read. Seller (Vestiaire Collective) sold me not as described garbage and I had to open a case with payPay to be able to return the item and get my money back ($670.67). But PayPal decided that the amount of my refund would NOT include the sales tax I paid!! This is TAX FRAUD plain and clear. This is not the only problem I'm having. There is more: PayPal gave me a return address that doesn't exist!! Not once but TWICE!! The first time, they gave me an address in "New York, FR 11232" ("FR" means FRANCE!!I), and the second time the address was in "New York 11232", (just like that, grossly incomplete, and this zip code is for BROOKLYN, by the way). I live in New York and I know for sure that this address is 100% undeliverable, but it's impossible to make them understand this. This PayPal claim has been the most frustrating online experience I ever had. These people are truly disgusting.
