Pay in three rejected on the 11th March due to a problem with their server...told to try again. Tried six times no result and transaction not fulfilled. Next day, 12th March six initial payments taken from my bank account. When I phoned them I was told it was their error and I would have my money returned within two days...then told it would take five days.When I checked my bank account today 16th March the original six notifications had been deleted but another six for the same amount were pending. In total they have tried to take 6 x £71.99 (£431.94 in total). When I spoke to an agent today he seemed totally confused regarding how many payments there were and in the background there were Cockerels Crowing, so I guess he was at home in the farmyard. The next agent I spoke to was slightly more helpful and said they were not trying to take any money....I asked to speak to a supervisor and was eventually put through to an american male who assured me that there was no payment being taken and that he would send an email with a Confirmation Number for me to give to the bank to cancel the pending payment. This would be with me within one hour....five hours later nothing received.....typical inefficiency from our no longer trustworthy american 'cousins'. Despite being a customer since 2021 no offer of compensation just a half hearted muttered apology.Getting through to an agent you run the gauntlet of a pseudo self-important English male recorded message who understands very little and repeatedly asks the questions.....I presume this is to get you to hang up in frustration.As soon as I get my refund sorted out I am going to Klarna. PayPal is absolute rubbish now....the sooner the Trump world order is revised and america is left to stew in its own vile mess the better....let's take the world back from US dominance.
