They really have the nerve to talk over you and not actually help you. They really suck so bad and in the end Phillips wont even matter cause these other brands are fixing the mistakes of Phillips. How embarrassing for them. I guess that’s what happens when it’s a third party call centre and the communication lines are pretty much non existent. You sell a product then stop selling product because it has a defect you make it impossible to get a replacement and have the audacity to give attitude and refuse to put a supervisor on the phone.
