Disgusting after service when something goes wrong

Disgusting after service when something goes wrong, returned a monitor to Curry’s for repair. On 28/10/2022. Went in today 22/11/2022 to find out what was happening only to find monitor hadn’t even been collected despite curry’s constantly contacting Philips regarding this. The manager ended up refunding me , only trouble is it will probably cost more than the refund to buy another one. This monitor is used by my disabled son and has caused him distress as he doesn’t attend school everyday and does school work at home but due to no monitor hasn’t been able to. After service is just not good enough.
