We have just bought a jaguar ipace from Marshall jaguar lincoln. The car was a good price and Shaun our salesman was great throughout. We live over 3 hrs from the garage, but he sent us videos of the car and put no pressure on us. On the day of collection, he was not happy that the frunk was dirty and he had the car cleaned again. The staff were friendly and provided us drinks. Shaun even had my personal plates made up for free. Once I got the car home I saw a mark on the rubber window surround so emailed Shaun who rang the next day. No issues he said as you live so far away just get it fixed and send him the invoice and he would reimburse us the cost. I am please with the car and the service has been very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
