PlayStation support is the worst I have ever experienced. Their live chat feature does not work at all. Luckily I managed to get them on the phone.However, that was still no help because, If you don't know the bank card number on your account (even if it's from many years ago and expired) or have an email from a purchased game, there is no way to recover your account. Even if you offer to send ID and phone bills proving the phone number is yours.
