my account got hacked, so I got my account recovered but I got refunded from both the bank and PlayStation, two days after I got my account back they suspended me permanently saying I stole from them, and I need to give them back the money to restore my account back, I paid them back immediately and never got my account back. I called them just now and spoke to the supervisor who refused to help me and refuse to compensate me, and said “I’m afraid I’m gonna have to end this call anything else I can help you out with” and I told him at least a credit because my account has been unplayable for two weeks, and he said “I cant provide that but thank you for contacting playstation have a nice day” and hung up. I am a manager at my work and I completely refuse to leave the customer upset and hang up or walk off on them especially when I was being nice to him. the management here is horrendous, it’s truly baffling and very unprofessional of him. I will not be buying more games and consoles in the future from playstation over this horrible so called “supervisor”
