Not able to contact in any form, scam of a chat room wait for hours for connection to always end up getting lost and no phone number. Been trying to just cancel my contract with psn for months. Seems once you sign up they have you for life. Will never purchase any product in any form from Sony again. Absolute criminal enterprise
