Has anyone ever had an issue with Playstion charging your account without notice ? I purchased a game for my husband October 2021. I did not sign up for anything else but to purchase a game. A year later about 2-3 months ago I get a charge on my checking account for a unauthorized sale. So I tried to call their customer support line. With about 20 calls and no answer or call back from adding myself to the call back list I decided to call my bank and have it disputed. My bank worked willingly with me to make sure the charges would never appear back. Well me and my husband just moved and we hardly ever plug it up anymore but his account was banned. I’m just trying to figure out how you can ban an account when your a major company who charged a debit card without consulting with the owner of the debit card. Asking for shares and to tag PlayStation for their actions. I have tried calling them to this day and get hung up on. It’s very frustrating💁🏼♀️
