This people are the worst ever to do to deal with good luck with anyone who has a problem I’m A service technician And if I responded to clients in the same manner that y’all do I wouldn’t have any work never my life will I ever buy another PlayStation again or recommend it to anybody Xbox has zero problems and wonderful customer support which you guys do not even close to that , horrible company
