Dear Preply Superstar Support Team Today I made the mistake of trying to have my Preply payment transfered into my bank account using WISE. I contacted your department, explaining my situation. I was asked if I wanted a refund to which I replied a resounding YES PLEASE! Within moments my payment was refunded without any questions into my Preply account.
