I'm continued to be blown away by Amazon's support. More recently I rented a video from Amazon Prime Video and for some reason, this particular video rental ended in 24 hours opposed to the 48 hours I was familiar with. When returning to finish the movie from the previous day, I noticed I was being asked to pay again and the reason being the 24 hours (again, I thought I had 48) had ended. I reached out to Prime Video and they not only refunded me for the 2nd purchase, but the first as well. Not saying that this will be your experience of course, I share because, I appreciate their effort to be understanding where their policies may not necessarily hold them accountable. It was very much "my fault," but the agent met me half way in my understanding and took full ownership of the issue.
