They lost my business. Too many late orders and terrible quality printing, which they will try to gaslight you saying that it was your file that caused it. I’ve been working with digital art for over a decade. If something went wrong it’s on your end with the incompetent staff you clearly have now. Don’t ask for a reimbursement on poor prints. They will not give you one and will once again blame it on you. You’re scammers, your company is farce, and I can’t wait to tell other business owners that you’re completely worthless 😘
