Printful help staff are not very helpful. The sync w my Ecwid store broke and it took a week of badgering from both me and the Ecwid staff (who was helpful) before the Printful guy manually reset my connection. Now it just broke again, and I can't edit or even look at the designs of my products. I can't fix it on my side, and Printful isn't helping. My store needs to be up... I'll be looking for a replacement for Printful soon. (If printful want to contact me, totheralistair at aol dot com)
