I have used Quickbooks for years. However, I have tried to ring them on two occasions recently to change my payment method. I got pushed from pillar to post on the phone for 30 mins on both occasions and then after 35 mins, the line went dead. This happened on both occasions. If I ran my business like this then I’d be out of business. I’m looking elsewhere for invoicing or to be honest using my own home system. At least it would be reliable. Quickbooks don’t deserve my custom.
