LATER UPDATE: It took almost 2 months for Quickbooks support to resolve this. Apparently files uploaded had the date stripped and the system took it as 1970, for which QB has no exchange rate, obviously. I still think the support service is inadequate. I have QB access to our accounts for more than a month and I was still getting messages that someone is looking into it, when in fact, no one was doing anything. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because we received a reply. We have been using Quickbooks services for years now and mostly managed to find our way through, although we are not experienced accountants. However, something that is very dissapointing is that there is ZERO Customer service. It takes many steps to actually get to support, then you found out it's only available 8 hours a day, different time zone. When you find time in your schedule to open a ticket, you wait 3-4 hour, you keep getting messages that someone will join, and no one does. After a few hours you get logged out and need to start over. The problem now is that currency exchange stopped working in Quickbooks. Although we are using Multicurrency accounts for a few years without problems, now the exchange rate is just not updating for foreign currency bank transactions, and so we can't add them. I am willing to change this rating if anyone is willing to help.
