No Christmas presents, no communication, no channels to get real help

Edit (16 Jan) Still not arrived almost a month overdue, no communication or refund..... It was a large orderI ordered Christmas presents for my whole family on 5th December, which we're meant to arrive on 18th. All seemed to be going well, and one part of the order arrived early, but when the rest hadn't arrived still on 19th I checked my tracking to find it's being diverted back to redbubble. When I look at my order on the redbubble website there's no explanation just "a shipment exception occured" and there is no way to contact or get further explanation, and the chat bot sends me round in circles. Very confused, frustrated and upset to not have gifts for my family on time. I at least would like more information on why this is happening!
