Horrible experience! I was excited to order gifts from this company and looking forward to supporting artists.I was charged for the order in full from red bubble. Then was double charged by two of the artists. Their customer service has been horrible. They ask the same questions, promise to solve the problem but 2 days later ask the same questions and it's all via chat or email. There us no number to call and no person to speak with. I continue to battle getting charged twice for the same order. They could definitely improve their customer service. And definitely improve communications with their artistsI was disappointed that the quality of 3 items was poor. Only one item from another artist was great! And that arrived within the promised window. Two items arrived late.
