Enchantment of the sea fails to enchant us!! The ship is very old rooms are horrendous. Rust aged and beds sofas looks that they are from 80’s Food was only thing that was nice. The bulbs kept fluttering. I paid nearly £6500 for the whole holiday for 7 days it’s not worth more than £1000It’s sand sort of level of cheap caravan holiday. Infact even caravan was a better experience. The entertainment is boring and not suitable for X or Z gen. paid extortionate price for internet and water package for our personal comfort but they definately not worth it. Service is very slow and poor. Excursions were boring and poorly planned with no proper information and staff infact had bad attitude towards tourists if they made a mistake. Very poor customer service. Please don’t bother with this holiday. You will be disappointed
