Service Received on Anthem of the seas May 28th to 4th JuneThis is my first experience travelling with Royal Caribbean and have been presently surprised with the high standard of service myself and my partner have received.My partner has very specific dietary needs being gluten intolerant with previous dining experiences lack of choice and service staff lack of understanding of the condition potentially leading to a harmful reaction if served food containing gluten.Myself and my partner would like to convey high praise regarding exceptional service received by two of your service staff who operate at the main diningFirstly Daniel Georgiev guest services officer.Daniel has provided an one to one exemplary level of service going above and beyond to ensure my partner has choice and individual purpose made variety of gluten free dishes with the chance to preorder from the following days menu to ensure the gluten free alternative is available.Combine this with fantastic interpersonal customer service skills Daniel conveys she truly deserves our praise and appreciation for an outstanding dining experience.This level of service has been amplified by our ever cheerful waiter Avon who always makes us feel very welcome with his cheeky humorous personality who makes us laugh every night.The outcome of our experiences has truly meant that we would travel with Royal Caribbean again and become regular customers due to this exceptional level of service.
