They promise excellence services and obsess about how great it should be but don't actually live up to it. Very much all talk. Do not fall into the trap.The main attraction on the trip was down, The ship was diverted and ended up Cost us £600 to change flights which they didn't refund and had sexiest staff.Dealing with support after was a nightmare. They were some great parts to the holiday but be careful considering the cost. It wasn't worth going through this.
