"Word of mouth is our greatest marketing tool" - Royal Carribbean.Cancelled our cruise as they chase the dollar, fair enough. But the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Offer 25% FCC, they don't have a clue when they'll be providing it to us. Whack prices up over 25% the day prior to the announcement, and don't honour any package that you benefitted from the time of booking. So everyone is worse off even with their 25% discount, great one... As for communication, I appreciate they are busy but a quick summary of how bad they. 1. Senior Management ignore emails and other communications 2. Facebook chat - apologise and apologise, but have no clue. 3. Email - we're onto day 6 without a reply. Don't book with Royal Carribean if you would actually like to go on the cruise. And god forbid you encounter any problems and need their helpful resoultions team to step in...
