Employees have terrible communication cadences

This is literally the worst support I have ever received in my life. My account manager hasn't responded to my last 3 emails. When I initially got on the phone to discuss configuring our SF Instances out appropriately, I told her my boss was ready to make moves and she told me we can knock it out in two weeks. Well, it took two weeks constantly following up for me to even receive a follow up email!! At which point I was connected with an outsourced contractor who I had to repeat ALL of my information to. What was the point of me spending 1.5 hours on the phone with her if she didn't take ANY notes, can't even remember our conversation, and passes me on to someone else. I don't see how I can go anywhere with this platform if there's no support behind it. Thanks Alex!!
