Ordered 2 s25 phones today but made a mistake on my trade in thought mine was a 256gb and you get 500 on trade in but I found my phone box and mine is 512gb and it's 540 trade in,so phone Samsung and they refused to change my order and I find this despicable so looking to cancel my order now really bad customer service!
