Ok where to start! This experience has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered a TV (85" Samsung QN90D) three months ago, and despite countless communications, Samsung has proven to be utterly incompetent and incapable of resolving a simple issue. The level of neglect and disrespect you’ve shown to customers is disgraceful. How do they justify such extreme delays and complete lack of accountability? This is the most appalling service I’ve ever dealt with.My first order was on November 2nd, 2024. I had a great deal, as it was black friday period. Was promised to me to be delivered on November 21st. They canceled the delivery and refunded me back without my consent!!! I contacted with their customer non-service, and they created a link to purchase the TV once again. I purchased it on November 28th the second time and since then I have been waiting. Today is January 24th! All they do is apologize for the delay and do nothing about it! I really don't want to lose the deal. I would have bought it from other places as it was black friday and now if I cancel, there is no deal at all!I am open to any suggestions. Really frustrated here. I have two kids and there is no TV in my new home for 3 months!
