Bought a 55" The Frame TV directly from Samsung. It arrived while I was out of town and I had it placed in our garage. We returned a week later and by the time the installer arrived, they unboxed the TV and it had a huge crack in the frame. I immediately reached out to Samsung and they gave me the run-around and was never able to connect with the "right" department to help. I kept trying for days and when I finally got the right person they said 'too bad, you're window for returns is now past." That window was a grand total of 3 weeks. So I'm stuck with a TV that won't work and a $1600 TV that is unusable. Had I ordered from Best Buy or Amazon I could still return and they would help. But Samsung has THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. Do not buy directly from Samsung -- only buy though reputable retailers. Sadly Samsung is NOT reputable. IN fact they are horrific!!!
