Bought a high end Samsung fridge, has had to be repaired 3 times in the last month, fridge has been out of commission pretty much for that time. Hasn't been 6 months, Samsung chooses to fix rather than replace and the each time it takes a 3-4 days for a technician to show. Can not speak to a manager with Samsung because they say that they will get in contact with me, but has been over 3 days now.
