STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG TV!Trusting the Samsung brand, I bought a 75Q900R 75" 8K Ultra HD Smart QLED TV 3.5 years ago. I paid about $ 3700 at the exchange rate of that period. This TV was introduced as the best device on the market, but it is a disappointment that a brand TV like Samsung broke down in a short period of 3.5 years. Only a year and a half after the warranty expired, I had a complete blackout problem on the screen, sound and image disappeared.When I called SAMSUNG Service, the service employee stated that this was completely by chance and that there would be an astronomical fee of 95.000 TL for repair. Apparently Samsung's quality standards are left to games of chance! I buy a new TV for 95.000 TL, why should I have the old device repaired? In 3.5 years, 120.000 TL has gone to waste. My trust in Samsung brand has been seriously shaken. I have been using another brand's TV in the same segment in my house for 10 years without any problems, Samsung's best TV has been rubbish in 3.5 years.This kind of failure in such a short time is unacceptable. Samsung after this experience? Absolutely no! My advice, stay away! According to me, their products are defective.I will contact a lawyer, I am planning to file a lawsuit and apply to consumer rights. I will also share this bad experience on other foreign websites. The money I paid for the TV is not a small amount. It is a brand that I recommend to my friends, and many people have bought TVs from Samsung on my recommendation, and now I feel responsible to them.
