Phone dialed 911 on its own close to 1/2 doz times. Called support, demanded access to nearby devices info to fix, then was rude. Lied to me and said ALL supervisors went home. VERY RUDE!! DONT BUY A SAMSUNG ANYTHING! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
