Trying to contact Samsung.com without giving away your birth rights is a nightmare. When you click OTHER or NOT LISTED contact, the page locks forever. Also, I am greatly disappointed in the Samsung Watch 5 after an earlier update this year. Many of the notifications pop-up cloudy, illegible. None of the suggestions on the web solve the problem. Obviously, Samsung knows and won't admit there is a problem. UGH.
