bought a new galaxy flip 4 a few months ago and having major issues - called customer service and they stoned wall me 5 calls three hours 9 people and finally a supervisor whom was worst than the entire group - they offered to send it out for repair 4 - 6 weeks - i use my phone for a living ... i paid a 1000 a few months later it does not work and they expect me to wait over a month! SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS at best - rude - DO NOT RECOMMEND _ DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS
