I purchased a TV from Home Pro here in Thailand. A Samsung 65" QLED Q70C. And I have experienced some severe LED bleeding on the two bottom corners of the TV.I called Home Pro and they sent Samsung technicians out who clearly saw the LED bleeding in the corners as they performed their testing. It was very clear and multiple Samsung forums suggested that people return the TV as this was not normal. Even a Samsung service rep in these forums stated it wasn't normal and that they should return the TV back to place of purchase for a replacement. These two service technicians told their superiors that all is well and nothing is amiss with my TV. This made me livid. They CLEARLY saw the issue glaring right in front of them and they said this was "normal" LED bleeding.I am within the 2 week testing period but this coming Monday will be the last day. Actually, Samsung counts the first day as part of the 2 week testing period, so Sunday will be the last day.I went to Home Pro, expressed my concerns, showed them the photos of the issue, and even they said this was not normal. I checked ALL the Samsung TV's that were on display at Home Pro and did not see one TV that looked like mine, with that heavy LED bleeding in the corners. In fact, ALL the Samsung TV's were working perfectly without this so-called "normal" LED bleeding. I saw none of this bleeding on ANY of the TV's.So the Home Pro rep called Samsung for me and told me that someone will be contacting me. They called me in minutes after the Home Pro rep spoke with me and asked me to send them images and the serial number via email, which they provided. They then told me that I would hear back from them in 2-3 days. It's been 5 days now and I have not heard back from Samsung AT ALL. No emails. No phone calls. No messages of any kind.They know that the 2 week testing period will be up this Sunday and here it is Friday and they are waiting to tell me the bad news that the testing period is over and they can't do anything. My last Samsung TV, a curved 55" 4K TV, has this LED bleeding all around the TV frame, that began about a year or more ago. That TV is barely 3 years old. This shows you how horribly put together Samsung product are.They used to be a reputable company, but now they take no care in their products and sell you garbage. I wrote Samsung via the email they provided and told them if I don't hear anything back from them by the end of today, I will be returning the TV to Home Pro and buying something else. I still have a couple days left in the testing period, so I will be exercising my right to either exchange for another one, exchange for another make or just get my money back. I am so sick of these companies doing this to people and I will be reaching out to Samsung's CEO about this issue.
