further incompetence

another week, another case of incompetence from samsung. samsung were supposed to arrange for the courier to remove the appliance doors when collecting the damaged item- i spoke to the courier this morning and no such instruction had been passed by samsung. so i had to rearrange the collection leading to yet another delay
