Purchased a Samsung QLED tv which turned out to be DOA. This can always happen. Contacted support and they claimed i might not have warranty because it would be a foreign model. Which is not legal to do. My TV was picked up and after that I did not hear anything again. I contacted them on Whatsapp and they could not find any of my details. I called them and the number was wrong. i then found another number and got through to a gentleman who was absolutely impossible to understand because of his accent. The line was disconnected. I then contacted them again and got through to a lady who i also could not understand who said that the lost all my date in some kind of outage and i should contact the repair center myself. Unbelievable! I am happy i did not buy my big tv from them.
