Would give no star if possible, purchase high end washer from samsung.com directly from Sept 2022, took month for delivery, machine running like trans with hugh noise and vibration, customer support denied any support cause by a dent were found after 15days. Took 3month of negotiating with many of their support department from India. No luck..I should listen to my brother, Simply denied payment on my credit card, since they try to fraud on me at the first place..Don't buy appliances on samsung.com, they will send junk that other people returned and help you with junk mail from no help support..
