I have now been sent the vat invoice that I own the samsung phone ,but an ignorant individual at samsung complaints contacted my husband and made it clear that he didnt own the phone even though we were sent proof by samsung sales dept....,!So why are there still problems, it is because some people do not want to hear the truthWe are taking the phone with proof on monday and wait to see if the truth prevails.
