I would give a minus star rating if possible. Bought TV direct from Samsung. 3 months later it goes faulty, over 6 weeks later still not working despite 4 engineer visits. No one in Samsung takes responsibility. Such a shame for a big well known brand. I've had to take multiple days off work unpaid to wait in for engineers. I'm now starting legal proceeding against them for my costs.
