I can't even begin to express how irritated I am with Samsung. If you want your consumers to hate you, be like samsung. They have now made it so you can't factory reset a phone without creating a samsung account. It's disgusting. There is no reason for this. Don't be a hardware manufacturer if you can't handle it - this is some sketchy apple crap and literally the only reason you have a customer base is because you were NOT supposed to be like that. So disgusted. I'll be switching back to literally any other brand of phone after my S10+ dies because going forward - it's all bad. No SD card - f you - I'm not going into the dark ages where I have to put all my sensitive data into your sketchy DB that you don't even secure well. Disgusted at the moment. You know that companies buy your phones for employees and now IT people have to make freaking samsung accounts for employees just to reset phones? It's like using toys - these are NOT professional devices.
