I bought a washer and dryer from samsung online, returned them on 7/13/2022 as I realized I had bought gas instead of electrical. Went ahead and purchased another set as I waited for them to pick their appliances and refund my money. The items were picked a month later, 8/14 and to date, 9/20 still waiting on my refund!
