It's not legal. This site tricks you into doing a free trial then they don't give you any notice of the fact that your free trial is ending and they bill you. After that the site stops working. I tried with a VPN and I (thought) had successfully deleted both my subscription and my account. In the meantime I contacted the support and received a ticket (6066196), thinking this was going to be the end of it and that they were going to contact me. But I was wrong. After a month (they first billed me on the 25/01), I received yet again a new billing for this subscription I thought I had cancelled. I have yet again contacted the support an received a new ticket such 6128971. I have now contacted the Paypal support because the Scribd support basically doesn't exist.
