My one experience with customer support sucks! I just paid for July '24 but can't use any site because I get a message about updating payment when Google Play shows that payment's been made & the next one is on August 2nd.If that weren't enough, I emailed support with my issue and 2 screenshots for proof. The 1st reply said I'd provided no info & the 2nd told me that I should contact my bank or CC company to resolve my non-existent non-payment issue. Are you kidding me??? Fix this ASAP please!
