First I started with chat online. I was bounced from one representative to two others who kept going around and around and asking me the same questions. Further, it took about 5 minutes between each response. Then I called in on their phone line and it said the wait time would be 9 minutes and I've currently been waiting 29 minutes and counting. Never buying their products again
