the free plan seemed like the perfect solution for our company's site but we started having issues with the platform after a week of integration, no updates to customers about the issues, the support tickets are practically useless they never get looked at, had to upgrade my plan to pro to atleast get some level of chat support, the system which itself was unreliable and would disconnect while the support team is looking for answers in backend, and no probable solution was provided after 1 hour with support on chat and the documentation doesn't cover the issue you may have(it didn't cover ours). contacted the support multiple times to as to resolve the issue and found that it may be associated with dns maintenance that took place earlier
