They will freeze your account and take your profits and allow you NO avenue to resolve the issue. Their Chat/Email customer service is a terrible loop. Chat says email you email and you hear nothing. It sucks because I liked the platform, but now they have tarnished any relationship with the lack of a customer service rep that can just talk to me and help me figure out what happened.
