I've been with them for 9 years. All 800 numbers have been taken away. When you call in with a problem the employees who answer the phone are limited as to what they can do. I lost 1 hour of business and now it's the next day. I open in 2 hours and still no response. My problem is an easy fix, however it's been 15 hours and no one has helped me. If I lose business today, I am searching out another POS system/program to use. I should have been able to call in and have my account fixed in 2 minutes. I just need them to remove the 2 step authentication so I can have access to my account. It took me hours to even report this because their automatic chat bot will run you in circles. If my original sales rep wouldn't have left me her cell number I would never have known how to get ahold of Shopify because the chat does not work, only sends you to useless links. Shopify MUST change or they will lose so many businesses. I know I am not alone!
