SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICEThey have closed down their phone and email support services and only take you to and AI chatbot. This bot sent me round in circles driving me crazy! I could only talk to a human if I logged in, but I couldn't log in, that was the issue! I ended up closing my store for an hour to use a friends Shopify login just to access a human to talk to. I then got the possibility of a solution, to disable the two factor authentication on my account, but they refused to tell me when. They couldn't confirm if it would be hours, or days. Infuriating and we will be taking our business elsewhere now. Unbelievable for an international company to be using robots for their customer service. I guess profit really is the only matter of importance to these people.
