Cannot report a fraudulent Shopify business (supposed to paste URL not of the business but of order, but this doesn't work) where I bought something that was not delivered. No Shopify customer care whatsoever, just some chatbot/a.i. that's zero help beyond automated answers. Basically no remuneration or resolution center to deal with issues or when a business is fraudulent. Very bad. Avoid Shopify.
